Jason Lee-Webb, has over twenty years experience in the Technology recruitment industry.
After working in high-tech industries such as communications, he changed direction and moved into the specialised field of technology recruitment in Europe.
He worked for the INS group for several years and become a key account director and lead business generator for the contingency division. He was also the lead delivery consultant on key projects and headed up a team of consultants working on major accounts.
Following a move to Next Ventures, where he was not only the first person employed by the company but also taken on as lead consultant, he decided to set up his own recruitment business in 2001 and formed NGR.
